Daily meal plan detailing exactly what and when to eat based on your metabolic profile
to achieve your desired goals. The eating plan is based on your goals, food preferences and dietary/training history. This takes the guesswork out of nutrition and gives you the peace of mind of knowing your are on the right track.
3) Personalised 12 Week Training Program
Detailed fitness program designed for your specific goals. My personalised programs can be designed for complete novices who have never exercised before, through to advanced athletes looking to break through plateaus.
This detailed program includes information on every exercise, set and rep, including online demonstrations if required. Programs can be designed to reach any goals and are based on your schedule, training history and available equipment.
4) 12 week priority support
