I am sure it would be no surprise to anyone if I told them that
regular exercise is very important in order to have a healthy body and
mind, but did you know that regular exercise:

pressure,
- Reduces high cholesterol or the risk of developing high cholesterol,
- Reduces the risk of colon cancer and breast cancer,

- Reduces body fat and increases basal metabolic rate,
- Builds and maintains healthy muscles, bones and joints,
- Reduces depression and anxiety,
- Improves psychological well-being,

- Enhances work, recreation and sports performance,

- Improves appearance.
A healthy body and mind can be achieved by simply doing 30 minutes of
moderate intensity exercise 5 times per week. This can include walking,
jogging, bike riding, boxing or weight training. All of these
activities can be included in your program while training at the studio
to add variety.
