I have been training at Incentive Personal Training for nearly 18 months. Prior to training here I had been to several gyms without results. I found that I lacked motivation, and that I wasn’t able to get the attention I needed to achieve my fitness goals of shaping and toning. Since training at Incentive, I have toned my body significantly through an interesting and varied weights program. In addition to this I have lost over 5kgs, and have rehabilitated both a dislocated shoulder and a chronic knee injury. My trainer has also assisted me in sport specific training, which has increased my strength, power and movement on the tennis court. After experiencing personal training with Incentive, there is no way I would ever go back to a gym. My program is interesting and tailored to my needs. Thanks guys!

I began training at Incentive approximately 6 months ago.

Within this time there has been a vast difference in my physique due to the individual attention and encouragement James has provided in my twice weekly visits. (I have just started training three times a week with him). I have gone from 84kgs to 91kgs and it is obvious from my reflection in the mirror that it is 7kgs of muscle!

My chest, back and arms in particular look bigger because they are bigger!. Advice on diet and sleep habits have also been forthcoming. 6 months later I am glad I made the inital appointment for my first session, and I can say with confidence that you will too.

They have created an effective cardio program for me in addition to an abdominal strengthening program. I have also been given personalised nutritional assistance that has aided me in my weight loss. After moving to Melbourne and taking up full time employment I found that my everyday life wasn't enough to keep my body in the shape I was accustomed to. Sitting down for nearly 6 - 8 hours a day had certainly assisted in the addition of a few unwanted kilo's. It was quite easy to identify this happening, but not so easy to find the energy, time or motivation to make the positive moves to change my situation. I didn't have the motivation to turn up to Gym where (a) I didn't know how to use the equipment correctly (b) Where no doubt I would get in the road of all these people that go to the Gym all the time and (c) Plus the fact that there is nothing worse than turning up to a place alone and not enjoying the time that I spent there. So that is why I chose to go to Incentive to get the guidence of a trainer that was able to focus my efforts to ensure that I was getting the maximum benefits out of my efforts, instead of wasting my time just floating around keeping out of the way of the regulars.

I came to Incentive Personal Training as a new years resolution. Nick has designed a program for me that emphasises fat burning along with muscle tone. Since I have started personal training I have lost 5kgs and achieved significant muscle tone. My cardiovascular fitness in addition to strength have increased sizeably since my first session. Nick has also educated me on diet, which I have discovered to be a very important factor in my progress. I find Nick to be a professional and knowledgable trainer who takes his client’s health and fitness very seriously.
